Terms and Conditions for D&H Equipment LiuGong 1.7t Excavator Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

   - Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.

   - Employees of D&H Equipment and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:

   - The giveaway starts on **October 3rd, 2024**, and ends on **December 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM NZDT**. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

   - 1 entry: Complete and submit the entry form available on the D&H Equipment website.

   - 10 entries: Request a quote for any D&H Equipment product via the website, phone, or in person at a D&H Equipment branch.

   - 20 entries: Existing D&H Equipment customers will automatically receive entries.

   - 150 entries: Purchase any D&H Equipment machine from October 3rd, 2024, until December 31st, 2024.

4. Prize:

   - The prize is a LiuGong 1.7t excavator. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other products.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

   - The winner will be drawn randomly via live feed on facebook from all eligible entries and will be notified by January 15th, 2025 via phone and/or email.

   - If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

   - The winner agrees to allow D&H Equipment to use their name, photo, and any associated content for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.

6. Prize Delivery:

   - The prize will be delivered to the winner's location in New Zealand free of charge. The winner is responsible for any additional costs related to the use, registration, or maintenance of the prize after delivery.

7. General Conditions:

   - By participating in the giveaway, all entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

   - D&H Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information, tampers with the entry process, or breaches these terms and conditions.

   - D&H Equipment reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time if it is not capable of running as planned due to reasons beyond its control, including technical difficulties or fraud.

8. Liability:

   - To the extent permitted by law, D&H Equipment will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway.

   - D&H Equipment does not make any warranty or representation as to the prize’s suitability for any purpose or that it is free from defects.

9. Privacy:

   - Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and for marketing purposes by D&H Equipment. By entering, participants consent to receive future marketing communications from D&H Equipment, which they can opt out of at any time.

   - D&H Equipment will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on its website.

10. Governing Law:

   - The giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
